How does a company add a site contact for a Breathalyser device?

As part of Breathalyser integration, a designated site contact will receive notifications via email and SMS for those individuals that have received a non-negative result from a breath test at the site.



This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles: 

  • Advanced Project Admin
  • Employer Admin
  • Employer Admin - No Payment
  • Project Admin
  • Site Admin


Step 1: Log in to the RIW System

Go to https://app.riw.net.au and login using your credentials.


Step 2: Site

Click on the Administration tab at the top of the screen, followed by the Site icon.




Step 3: Edit Site

Select the site and click Edit.



Step 4: Add site contact

Enter the Site Contact Email and Site Contact Mobile.


The site contact(s) will receive breathalyser results and all notifications in regards to the site.

Click Save when complete.



Site contacts have now been added.
