Vircarda password reset failure
The following troubleshooting can be used if you are having trouble resetting your password for your virtual card that is stored in your virtual wallet app Vircarda.
If you have tried to reset your Vircarda password and have had no luck, please ask your employer to check the email address on your profile and ensure that it is the email address you wish the account to be set up to (work email vs personal email).
Once you have determined which email address the account is set up to you can either:
- Use a personal email address to reset Vircarda login details
- Contact the RIW Service Desk and request they un-link their card from Vircarda. The RIW Service Desk will the resend the virtual card pin via SMS or email.
