How does a company search for new associates?
This functionality provides the ability to search for cardholders in the RIW System that a company wants to be associated with.
Associated companies have advance and ongoing visibility of a cardholder’s profile before they arrive on site. This is typically used to ensure a cardholder is compliant with the employer’s work requirements ahead of time. The contractor in charge of a project has automatic linkage to a cardholders profile once the cardholder is swiped onto a site under that project.
The contractor in charge has read-only visibility of the cardholder’s profile.
Note: If a cardholder swipes into a site that the company/Contractor in Charge manages, and the cardholder has a pending association request from the company/Contractor in Charge, then automatic approval of the association request will be granted.
