Send feedbackWhat is an automatic cancellation of a job role assessment?
The RIW System will automatically cancel any pending job role assessment if one of the following conditions is met:
- One of the cardholder’s mandatory competencies is deleted by an Employer Administrator or expires.
- There are no more competencies valid to comply to one of group requirements (e.g. either L1, L2, L3 required, L1 only provided on cardholder’s profile, L1 expires).
The automatic cancellation will occur overnight via a system batch checking the competencies of cardholders that have pending job role assessments.
If one of the above conditions is met, the job role assessment will be removed from the Assessor’s list and both the Assessor and Employer Administrator will be notified via email.
