How to request an additional AHP Administrator login

Authorised Health Professionals can request AHP Administrator logins to assist in the lodging of medical results of rail industry workers within their practice.  AHP Administrator logins have the same access to the RIW System as a AHP Login.


To create an additional AHP Administrator login, a Service Request needs to be raised.


Before starting your Service Request, have the following information to hand:

 

  1. Full Name of the new administrator
  2. Email address of new administrator


To raise a Service Request, go to https://www.riw.net.au/ and click on the Contact button and from the dropdown, select Service Request.




Step 1

Upon launching the Service Request form, from the dropdown in the Request Category, select AHP Registration/Login/Delete/Update details.


In the Request Category, select Login.


All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.  All the fields down to the Comments field are the details of the requester.


Please add the full name and email address for the new login in the Comments field.





Step 2

Check that all the information is correct and click Send.


Step 3

The RIW System will send notification to the new user with their credentials to access the RIW System, including a link to set their password.  This contact will be via email.
