What is the Muster List Detailed report?
This article provides an overview of the Muster List Detailed Report, which is available as an RIW Existing Report.
The report displays a point-in-time view of all workers (and visitors) currently on site, including additional employer and emergency contact fields for improved emergency response and coordination. The data reflects the state of the system at the time of execution.
This instruction applies to the following user roles:
- Network Manager
- Network Manager Read Only
- Site Administrator
- Project Administrator
- Advanced Project Administrators
1 | Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials. |
2 | Click on Reports > Existing Reports > Muster List Detailed. ![]() |
3 | Click on Run Report followed by Export the report which will be emailed to you in csv format. ![]() |
4 | The report will surface the following data fields: The report will display:
Note: Emergency Contact information will only surface where these details are present on the workers RIW profile. |
6 | If required, the report can be exported to a *.CSV file by clicking on the Export button. The following Export Report pop-up will appear advising the report has been queued. The report will be emailed to you. Click OK to proceed. ![]() |
