Can a company receive a refund?
As per the company registration terms, if a company elects to cancel their annual company subscription at any stage prior to the renewal date, the company will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid, but unused portion of the annual company subscription.
Also, companies must acknowledge that RIW cards are paid for, upfront for a full subscription year. No refund will be provided for RIW cardholders who have paid for a renewed RIW card but are unable to utilise it.
A refund may be requested for system payment errors by contacting the RIW Service Desk on info@riw.net.au.
