How does a cardholder change their password in myRIW?


This article details how you can change your password in myRIW.


This instruction applies to the following user roles:

  • RIW cardholder (myRIW)

Go to myRIW at https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/ and log in with your credentials.

Go to Manage my Account > Change my Password.

On the Change Password screen enter your current password in the Old Password field, and then enter the New Password and Confirm Password. Click Save Changes.


A quick on-screen confirmation will advise the password has been updated.
