How do I pay for eLearning?

Some eLearning requires payment before access to the course material is granted. This article outlines how to identify eLearning that requires payment and how to make a payment to access the course material



This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles:

  • RIW Cardholder
  • Advanced Project Admin
  • Employer Admin
  • Employer Admin - No Payment


Step 1: Identifying Training that Requires Payment

Some eLearning training requires payment to be made by card. This is indicated on the Assigned Training page as shown below: 




Step 2: Make payment for eLearning Course

To access the course material, payment must be made. Follow these steps:

  • Select the course and click Purchase.
  • Enter your payment details (e.g. credit/debit card) as prompted.
  • Confirm your payment. A confirmation screen will appear once the transaction is successful.







Following successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. To access your tax invoices, please see How can a RIW cardholder access a copy of their eLearning tax invoices? 


You will now be enrolled and have access to the course material. 


Note: that payments will appears as RIW*ACORN PAYMENT on your bank/card statement.
