How do I request a Virtual Access Card?

To request a Virtual Access Card, the cardholder must submit an RIW Service Request (when entering the Service Request, please select the cardholder category, and then RIW/Gallagher Virtual Access Card Request Form as pictured below).


 

The following details are required in the request:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • RIW number


Your RIW profile must also include your current mobile number and email address, as these will be used to send the activation details for the Virtual Access Card.


Once submitted, the request will begin the process of issuing the Virtual Access Card. The cardholder will receive an automatic confirmation email with links to helpful information about what to expect next.


If all details are correct and up to date, the Virtual Access Card (Gallagher Mobile Connect Credential) will typically be issued within 1 business day.
