How will employers be notified if a cardholder is deemed unfit for duty after a medical assessment?

If a cardholder is deemed unfit for duty or fails a drug and alcohol test after a medical assessment, the Primary Employer will be emailed with the medical update upon the results being loaded into the RIW System. 

Additionally, the outcome of all medicals will be visible to the Employer by viewing the cardholder profile in the system as soon as the data is uploaded by the Authorised Health Professional or RIW Service Desk.
