How to contact the RIW Service Desk
The RIW Service Desk can provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Service Request | We have a number of dedicated Service Requests which can assist companies and cardholders to provide all the required information to fulfil a request. Our Service Requests include the following: For Companies and Network Operators
For Authorised Health Professionals
For Registered Training Organisations
For RIW cardholders
To submit a Service Request, you can visit the Service Requests page on the RIW website at https://www.riw.net.au/contact-us/request-a-service/, or alternatively, you can use the RIW Service Request BOT located in the bottom right hand corner of the RIW website. When the BOT appears, please choose the Service Requests menu item, enter in your contact details and then choose the applicable Service Request. This will prompt you for the required information and then raise a ticket with the RIW Service Desk. ![]() |
