How can a company view their payment and transaction history?
This article details how a company can view their payment and transaction history.
This instruction applies to the following user roles:
- Advanced Project Admin
- Employer Admin
- Employer Admin - No Payment
- Employer Admin - Read Only
- Helpdesk
1 | Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials. |
2 | Click on Payment History. |
3 | The Payment History screen will display the most recent transactions. You can use the search filters to refine or limit the information by transaction date (From Date and To Date), Item Type, Payment Method, RIW Number or Order Number. You can Export the data to a CSV for further interrogation if required. |
4 | Clicking on a line item and View will allow you to view the order details. This will open in a separate browser window/tab and show the MTA Order Confirmation with full detail of the transaction. Close the window when complete and return to the Payment History screen to continue monitoring payments. |
