How does a company monitor forthcoming and expired Additional Medical Information?


This article details how a company can monitor forthcoming and expired Additional Medical Information items in the RIW System.



This instruction applies to the following user roles:

  • Advanced Project Admin
  • Employer Admin
  • Employer Admin - No Payment
  • Employer Admin - Read Only
  • Helpdesk

Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.

Click on Expiries > Additional Medical Information.

On the Additional Medical Information menu on the Expiries screen, all Rail Industry Worker's who have a forthcoming additional medical information review due, where an expiry date has been entered, will display as amber if forthcoming and red if expired.


NOTE: Only results from the past 90 days and forthcoming 90 days will display.

A more refined search can be applied to the list by adding search criteria to the fields and clicking on the Search button. The list can also be filtered by clicking on the Show Forthcoming and Show Expired radio buttons.

A Rail Industry Worker's profile can be accessed by highlighting a record in the list and clicking the Edit button. This will take you directly to the profile.
