Costs for completing an E-Learning course in the RIW E-Learning Platform is set by the E-Learning course owner.  Some courses are free of charge to cardholders; however, some courses do have an associated cost, ranging from AUD$11.00-$40.00+GST.

For E-Learning courses issued to a Rail Industry Worker through the RIW System, the notification email to the worker will advise if payment is required before completing the course. Payment is made in the RIW E-Learning Platform using PayPal. Refer to How does a Rail Industry Worker complete an E-Learning course? for further instructions.

For E-Learning courses issued to a non-Rail Industry Worker via service request, payment is made at the time of booking. Refer to How does a company send an E-Learning request to non-RIW cardholder?
