How does an RIW cardholder access their eLearning history?
RIW System users can access and download completion certificates for eLearning courses. This guide outlines the steps to retrieve certificates for completed training.
Note: Some eLearning courses may be sent to non-RIW cardholders. Please refer to our RIW Knowledge Centre article How does a company send an eLearning request to non-RIW cardholder?
This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles:
- Advanced Project Admin
- Employer Admin
- Employer Admin - No Payment
Step 1: Log in to the RIW System
Go to visit https://elearning.riw.net.au/user_login?tenancyId=1 and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to My Learning
Click on the My Learning from the top menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Training History and Completions
Navigate to Training History and then Completions to view completed eLearning courses.
Step 3: Access your completion Certificate
To access a copy of your completion certificate, please click the icon shown in the below example.
