How does a cardholder access their eLearning completion certificate?
This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles:
- Advanced Project Admin
- Employer Admin
- Employer Admin - No Payment
Step 1: Log in to the RIW System
Go to visit https://elearning.riw.net.au/user_login?tenancyId=1 and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to My Learning
Click on the My Learning from the top menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Training History and Completions
Navigate to Training History and then Completions to view completed eLearning courses.
Step 3: Access your completion Certificate
To access a copy of your completion certificate, please click the icon shown in the below example.
Step 4: Click the Link next to Status
Clicking the link will open up a new window with your certificate which can then be saved.
