How can a cardholder update their contact details in myRIW?
This article details how you can update your contact and emergency contact details in myRIW.
NOTE: Changing your contact details in myRIW will automatically update information in the RIW System, which is accessible by any company who has visibility of your profile.
This instruction applies to the following user roles:
- RIW cardholder (myRIW)
1 | Go to https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/Account/LogOn and login using your credentials. |
2 | Click on Manage my Account. |
3 | On the Manage my Account screen you can change your password, email address, mobile number and contact information. You can also change your notification preferences for receiving system notifications about expiring competencies, job roles and rail health (medical) assessments. |
4 | To change your address details and emergency contacts, click on Change Contact Information. Update the required details, enter your Password to confirm you have authority to make the amendments and click Save Changes. |
5 | To change your mobile number, click on Change Mobile Number. NOTE: A mobile phone number is mandatory. Update your Mobile Number, enter your Password to confirm you have authority to make the amendments and click Save Changes. |
6 | To change your email address, click on Change Email Address. Update your Email Address, enter your Password to confirm you have authority to make the amendments and click Save Changes. |
