How can a cardholder update their contact details in myRIW?


Adding or editing an address or emergency contact details (as described in step 5 below) 
will be available after 16 September 2021. 

Prior to this date, a cardholder can update their email address and phone number only.


Cardholders can update their personal contact details, such as postal address, email or phone number, by logging in to their myRIW account



This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles: 

  • myRIW User (i.e. RIW cardholder)


Step 1: Log in to myRIW

Go to https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/Account/LogOn and login using your credentials.



Step 2: Manage my Account shortcut

Click on the Manage my Account shortcut.



Step 3: Change Email Address

To update an email address, click on the Change Email Address icon.



Enter your current password and change the email address to the new email address.  Click on the Save changes button.




Step 4: Change Mobile Number

To update a mobile phone number, click on the Change Mobile Number shortcut.



Enter your new mobile number.  Click on the Save changes button.



Step 5: Change Contact Information

To update a postal address or emergency contact details, click on the Change Contact Information shortcut.


Enter your new address and emergency contact details.  Click on the Save changes button.



NOTE: Changing these contact details in myRIW will automatically update information in the RIW System, which is accessible by your Employer.
