How to manage visitors using Visitors Today


This article details how to manage visitors in the RIW System using the Visitors Today function.


This instruction applies to the following user roles:

  • Advanced Project Admin
  • Helpdesk (Read Only)
  • Project Admin
  • Site Admin

Log in to the RIW System at https://app.riw.net.au using your credentials.

Go to Visitors > Visitors Today.

On the Visitors Today screen, a summary view of all visitors passes generated today for the project or site will be displayed. By default, the All Visitors Today option is selected, however you can toggle this to Visitors On Site Only.

You can use any of the search filters to refine the list.


From here you can 
  • View or Reprint the pass, which will open the pass in a new browser window (pop-ups must be enabled).
  • Swipe In the visitor.
  • Swipe Out the visitor.
  • Cancel the visitor pass.
