This article details how to reset your E-Learning password.

This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles: 

• Helpdesk
• myRIW User (i.e. RIW cardholder)
• Non RIW Cardholder e-learning participant

Step 1: Go to the E-Learning log in page

Go to https://elearning.riw.net.au/login/index.php .  Click on the Forgotten your username or password? link.

Step 2: Identify your user credentials

Either complete the Username field or the Email Address field and click the respective Search button.

NOTE: RIW Cardholders, your username is your RIW Number.  You can search by either your RIW Number or your email address.  Non RIW Cardholders, your username is your email address.  

Step 3: Confirmation message

The following message will appear.  Click on the Continue button.  This will take you to the main log in page.

If incorrect details are entered in Step 2 an email will not be received.

Step 4: Email

The following email message will be received if the correct information was submitted in Step 2.  Either click on the link or cut and paste it into your internet browser.

Step 5: Reset page

Take note of your Username (this is your RIW Number) and to reset the password, enter the new password in both fields and click the Save changes field.

Step 6: E-learning dashboard

Once the password has been reset, you will be taken to the main E-Learning dashboard.
