This article details how to reset your eLearning password.

This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles: 

• Helpdesk
• myRIW User (i.e. RIW cardholder)
• Non RIW Cardholder e-learning participant

Step 1: Go to the eLearning log in page

Go to https://elearning.riw.net.au/login/index.php.  Click on the Forgot your password? link.

Alternatively, navigate to https://elearning.riw.net.au/forgot_password and complete the next steps.

Step 2: Identify your user credentials

Complete the Username field  and click the respective Send Reset Email button.

NOTE: RIW Cardholders, your username is your ten digit RIW Number without the hyphen (i.e. 20##########). You can search by either your RIW Number or your email address. For non-RIW Cardholders, your username is your email address.  

Step 3: Confirmation message

The following message will appear.  Click on the Home button.  This will take you to the main log in page.

You will have 20 minutes to reset your password. If this time passes, please request a new password reset.

Please check your spam folders if you can't find the email in your inbox.

Step 4: Password Reset Email

The following email message will be received if the correct information was submitted in Step 2.  Either click on the link or cut and paste it into your internet browser.

Step 5: Reset Password

Take note of your Username (this is your RIW Number) and to reset the password, enter your new password in both New Password and Confirm New Password and click the Reset Password field.

Note: Your password must contain at least 10 characters, one lowercase character, one uppercase character, one number, one special character and no whitespace

Step 6: Password Reset Complete

Once the password has been reset, you will see a Password Reset Complete confirmation page. Click Login to login using your username and new password
