What is the Next Key Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles report?
This article provides an overview of the Next Key Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles report, which is available as an RIW System existing report. This report can be used to view when a job role is coming up for expiry and what is expiring.
The report allows employers to monitor the upcoming expiry of a job role based on when the next competency, rail health (medical) assessment, drug and/or alcohol assessment, or other medical information is due to expire within that valid job role for their employed and associated Rail Industry Workers. The results can be filtered by job role name or left blank for an entire workforce view.
This instruction applies to the following user roles:
- Advanced Project Admin
- Employer Admin
- Employer Admin - No Payment
- Employer Admin - Read Only
Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.
Click on Reports > Existing Reports.
A list of default reports will appear. Click on Next Key Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles.
Note: The Reports List displayed below may be different to the Report List surfaced for user depending on their permission.
On the Next Key Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles Report screen, enter a specific job role or simply leave the field blank to capture all next key expiry dates for your workforce. Click Run Report.
The report will not display on screen if there is a high volume of data. If this is the case, the following additional options will display, allowing you to Export the file as a *.CSV or to save the file, which will allow you to schedule the report.
