What is the Job Role Validity Report?

This article details how to run the Job Role Validity Report in the RIW System. This report can be used to view the job role validity of your workforce.

The report lists the validity of job roles for all workers with a relationship with the employer, project or site (depending on the user's permission), and if the role is valid or invalid for the role(s) on their profile. If they are invalid, the report lists the missing or invalid competencies affecting the validity. The results can be filtered once exported by job role name or left blank for an entire workforce view.
