What is the Person Role Competency Status Matrix Report? : Rail Industry Worker Knowledge Centre

This article provides an overview of the Person Role Competency Status Matrix Report available as an existing report in the RIW System.

The report will surface the competency validity status for a defined Rail Industry Worker.

This instruction applies to the following user roles:

1	Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.
2	Click on Reports > Existing Reports > Person Role Competency Status Matrix Report.
3	On the Person Role Competency Status Matrix screen, enter the RIW Number of the worker you wish to display and Run Report. The report will automatically display on screen with the following fields: Rail Industry Worker First Name Rail Industry Worker Surname RIW Number Job Role Name Competency Name Competency Status Crew Names Required Medical Level Held Required Alcohol Test Pass Held Required Drug Test Pass Held Required Additional Medical Information Held Valid Cost Centre
4	If required, you can export the report to a .CSV file by clicking on the Export* button. The following Export Report pop-up will appear advising the report has been queued, which will be emailed to you. Click OK to proceed.
5	You can also Save and schedule the report to be run periodically. Refer to How does a company save and schedule a report? for more information.
