RIW System and myRIW Resource Centre


The RIW System and myRIW Resource Centre delivers personalised in-system help, notifications, and guided walkthroughs for users.


This instruction applies to the following user roles:

  • Advanced Project Admin
  • Assessor
  • Employer Admin
  • Employer Admin - No Payment
  • Employer Admin - Read Only
  • Helpdesk
  • Network Manager
  • Network Manager - Read Only
  • Project Admin
  • Site Admin
  • Training Provider User
  • Medical Provider User
  • RIW cardholder (myRIW)

Go to the RIW System at https://app.riw.net.au or myRIW at https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/Account/LogOn and log in with your credentials.

Resource Centre content, including links to the RIW Knowledge Centre, can also be accessed directly within the RIW Worker App. tap the relevant link with the app to open the content.

Click on the Help button on the bottom left of the screen to access the Resource Centre.


The Resource Centre contains:
  • A search to find relevant RIW Knowledge Centre articles
  • How to get help
  • A direct link to the RIW Knowledge Centre
  • A direct link to the RIW Business Rules
  • Links to relevant service requests (based on your permission)
  • Video Walkthroughs
  • Guided Walkthroughs
  • Community of Practice Webinars and event registration
