How can a RIW cardholder access a copy of their eLearning tax invoices?
Some competencies are available to be delivered as an eLearning unit within the RIW System. This article details how to send an eLearning request to an RIW cardholder.
This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles:
- RIW Cardholder
Step 1: Log in to the RIW System
Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to My Learning
Click on the My Learning tab from the top menu.
Step 3: Navigate to My Orders
Step 3: Navigate to View
Step 3: Navigate to View Invoice
Step 3: Download Tax Invoice
Select Print and save as PDF (or select an alternate printer if you wish to print a hardcopy).
Step 3: Access your PDF Tax Invoice
