How do I change my eLearning password?

This article details how to change your eLearning password when logged into the eLearning platform.


This instruction applies to the following RIW System User Roles: 

  • myRIW User (i.e. RIW cardholder)
  • Non RIW Cardholder e-learning participant



Step 1: Go to the eLearning log in page

Go to https://elearning.riw.net.au/user_login?tenancyId=1.  Click on the Forgot your password? link.



Step 2: Identify your user credentials

Alternatively, navigate to Change Password at the bottom of the screen



Step 3: Enter Current and New password

Complete the Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password fields and click Change Password Email button
