Power BI Employer and Network Manager Dashboards & Reports - Early Access Program
The RIW System now includes two new pre-built Microsoft Power BI reports available through an Early Access Program: the Employer Report and the Network Manager Report. These reports are delivered directly within the RIW System and do not require users to connect to Power BI separately.
The Employer Report and Network Manager Report are currently available to a limited number of selected organisations as part of an Early Access Program. These reports are expected to be made generally available in August 2026. Features and data displayed may be updated during this period based on participant feedback.
Employer Dashboards & Reports
The Employer Report is available to users with an Employer Admin role in the RIW System. It provides a consolidated view of your organisation's workforce, including:
- Cardholder competency status and expiry across your workforce
- Job role validity for workers linked to your organisation
- Upcoming competency expiries (30, 90, and 120-day views)
- Workers with active blocks or suspensions
- On-site worker data including shift and access control information
- Subscription status for direct employees
The report is designed to help Employer Admins identify compliance gaps, manage workforce competency, and take timely action directly from the report via links into the RIW System.
Network Manager Dashboards & Reports
The Network Manager Report is available to users with a Network Manager role in the RIW System. It provides extended reporting analytics across the network, including:
- All workforce data available in the Employer Report, across all employers operating on the network
- Network-wide competency and job role compliance visibility
- Crews and projects with the highest number of invalid job roles
- Fatigue management data including sites worked, travel time, and shift history
- Assessor login information, including roles they can assess and their assessment history
- Competency definition configuration data
The Network Manager Report is designed to give network-level visibility of workforce compliance across all employers and projects operating within the network.
