What is the cost to fast track the verification of competencies?
Competencies added to a Rail Industry Worker are verified by the RIW Service Desk within 2 business days.
Should a Rail Industry Worker need their competencies to be verified sooner to meet job role or site requirements, companies can fast track up to 20 competency verifications (for one worker) in eight (8) business hours for AUD$55.00+GST. Please note that if documentation submitted is incomplete or incorrect, the fast track may take longer to complete.
The RIW Service Desk performs this service Monday to Friday, 0700-2000hrs (AEST/AEDT).
