What is myRIW?
myRIW is the user-facing portal that enables Rail Industry Workers to view and maintain their details on the web. In myRIW, cardholders can view their employers, associations, job roles, competencies, and medical results. They can also update their email address, mobile number, and/or password, and can ask their employer to make any corrections to their profile. Users can also update their notification preferences for reminders about competency, subscription, and job role expiries.
If a cardholder is a newly-created worker in the RIW System, they will receive an email invitation to create a myRIW profile to accept an employment request. Please refer to our RIW Knowledge Centre article How does a cardholder create a myRIW profile? for further details on creating a myRIW account.
You can access myRIW via the cardholder's portal at https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/Account/LogOn.
