myRIW allows Rail Industry Workers to view their profile on the web. In myRIW, cardholders can view their employers, associations, job roles, competencies and medical results. They can also update their email address, mobile or password, or ask their employer to make any corrections to their profile.
If a cardholder is a newly created worker in the RIW System, they will receive an email invitation to create a myRIW profile to accept an employment request. If a cardholder already had a profile in the previous RIW System, then they will not receive an email invitation and must create a new myRIW profile. You can access the myRIW login via the portal at https://app.riw.net.au/MySkillGuard/Account/LogOn.
If a cardholder forgets their password, please use the Forgotten Password link on the log in screen.
